WE CARE ABOUT YOUR SKINCARE BUT MORE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY & HEALTH

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For The Pore Company, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers and communities, and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.

We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you our valued customer and our employees safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have made several moves in our business in response to the threat of the coronavirus.

We have ramped up cleaning services at our warehouses and are adding hand sanitizer, gloves and mask for all our employees. Sanitizing wipes are near workstations and counters so that employees can keep them continuously cleaned.

We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick or are returning from an area of the world identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk. Per CDC recommendations, we will ask employees who have traveled to such locations or have been exposed to others who have traveled to such locations to self-quarantine for 14-28 days.

A strict travel policy for our employees is in place, and we have canceled meetings with large gatherings, again to do what we can to help prevent the spread of the illness.

We know that many of you have deliveries in transit and can be experiencing some delay. Be assured we are working alongside with USPS and FedEx to get all packages delivered as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have by using our live chat on our website or via email at info@theporecompany.com.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees. We appreciate all the support we have received from all over the world and will continue to serve you with the same love and dedication we’ve served our country.

For our fellow Veterans: If you feel sick our think you need medical attention, stop and call first, or send a secure message through MyHealtheVet—even if you have an appointment. You may be able to get diagnosed and receive care through VA telehealth without having to leave your home. If you do visit, plan to get there earlier than usual to answer some simple screening questions. It’s for the safety of all your fellow brothers and sisters who have served this great country.

Please note that there will be delays in shipping times during this unprecedented time, we are working closely with all of our shipping carriers to get all your purchases delivered to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for you patience and understanding!

You and families are in our thoughts and prayers!

Sincerely,
Michael Ramirez
