www.theporecompany.com offers 2-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may experience delays. Standard business day shipping is FREE on orders $35 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For merchandise orders totaling less than $35, there is a delivery charge of $4.99 for Standard Day shipping. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend. 

eGift Cards are sent via email and arrive in 5-10 minutes of purchase. Please note shipping cutoff times and estimated delivery in checkout.

Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $4.99 for orders under $50. 

Puerto Rico

We ship to Puerto Rico via our 2-5 business day standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available. 

P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $4.99 for orders under $50.  We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Orders to P.O. Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $4.99 for orders under $50. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. 

The Pore Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped typically within 1-3 business days* after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on ThePoreCompany.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from The Pore Company to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.

For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.

 

Items that are back ordered may take an additional 3 to 14 business days for processing to ship out.

If you are in need of your items by a certain date, and want to confirm if product is in stock please contact our office notifying us your due date prior to placing your order at support@theporecompany.com.

What happens if my products arrive damaged or missing an item?

 

When your order arrives, please inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you determine you have received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside. Please contact us immediately at support@theporecompany.com in the event that damages do occur within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide us with your order number and photos of all damaged items, so our team can assess the claim and take the proper steps to help find a satisfactory solution.

 

The Pore Company works to get orders out as quickly as possible, most orders are received within 3-5 business days in the the continental United States . So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

Can I Cancel or Edit My Order?

We know you want your POREFECT order fast, so as soon as you place your order, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to: 

  • Adding/Removal of Items

  • Change in Color/Size of Items

  • Adding/Removal of a Discount Code

  • Billing or Shipping Address Update

  • Order Cancellation Request

  • Shipping Method Change

We welcome you to return items in accordance with our Return Policy once your order has been delivered to you

Holiday Shipping

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:
